Late last night on 11 September the House of Commons voted to continue with the EU Withdrawal Bill ( aka Repeal Bill aka The Great Repeal Bill ).

Essentially this will be an Act of Parliament that by and large will incorporate into domestic UK law all so-called EU laws that have been accepted and entered into the UK body politic these past four decades.
The Repeal Bill once passed will give government Ministers, what its detractors and opponents misrepresent and wilfully misconstrue ,as " Henry VIII " powers.

In practice such  " powers " are the necessary bureaucratic discretion whereby Parliament does not have to be consulted over minor and peripheral adjustments and tidying up of the preceding EU Laws that perhaps translate maladroitly into UK legal understanding and practice.

In the broader context of the UK's departure from the EU at the end of March 2019, this Bill has been " sexed up " by the reactionary anti - brexit metropolitan Labour Party.

Corbyn,Starmer et al have  misrepresented the actual facts of the Bill in the same sensationalist and hyperbolic manner adopted by Blair and the now notorious Iraqi WMD dossier. That dossier was predicated on lies, equally Labour's assertion of a governmental power grab from this Bill are also predicated on lies.

This what is what can be  gleaned from  Labour List  had to say on the late night Commons vote :-

Seven Labour MPs defied a three line party whip announced byJeremy Corbyn last night to back the Brexit bill.

Ronnie Campbell, Frank Field, Kelvin Hopkins, John Mann, Dennis Skinner, Graham Stringer and Kate Hoey. defied party orders and supported the Tories in voting for the EU Withdrawal Bill – which overturns the European Communities Act 1972 – by 326 votes to 290.

The so called Repeal bill, which had the adjective “Great” until it was dropped by the Tories, shifts the entirety of EU law on to the British statute books.

Shadow Brexit secretary Keir Starmer described it as a “deeply disappointing” night.

Immediately after the vote Starmer published a statement in which he repeated Labour’s claim that the Tories were trying to sideline parliament to seize greater powers for themselves.

“This is a deeply disappointing result. This Bill is an affront to parliamentary democracy and a naked power grab by government ministers. It leaves rights unprotected, it silences parliament on key decisions and undermines the devolution settlement,” he said.

“It will make the Brexit process more uncertain, and lead to division and chaos when we need unity and clarity.

“Labour will seek to amend and remove the worst aspects from the bill as it passes through parliament. But the flaws are so fundamental it’s hard to see how this Bill could ever be made fit for purpose”.

And so it goes. Corbyn and his erstwhile allies  have fully assimilated the #LabourIn position and rhetoric that hasn't changed one iota following the EU Referndum result in favour of Leave.

Metropolitan Labour Remoaner EU shills, of whom there are 200+MPs such as Wakefield's Mary Creagh, regurgitate the same otiose cant and utter the same vacuous platitudes that they've done all along.

According to Creagh , Labour " Recognises and respects the referendum result ". Note the ongoing absence of  the two most important signifiers, " accept " and " implement ".

This is Humpty Dumpty on a  heretofore megalomaniacal scale that even most Tories wouldn't dare to attempt.
Words mean precisely what the likes of Creagh say they mean,no more and no less. Recognise clearly means accept and respect means implement,obviously!

And that is why Corbyn,Starmer et al and their hobnailed acolytes and lackeys throughout the  broader labour and trades Union movement are officially calling for the UK to remain inside the Single market and The Customs Union after March 2019.

Because according to them that will recognise and respect the result of the EU Referendum when 52% voted to  "Leave " which of course also means stay.

And now you know why I do genuinely and most fervently hate loathe and despise the EU,  all of its works and everything it stands for and the same now goes for the Labour Party.

A couple of days ago, the Labour Party issued its latest update on its Party line on the brexit process.We are to Remain imprisoned for an indefinite period within the Single Market as well as  the Customs Union.
The very shackles that have bound our Nation in servitude for decades to an alien authoritarian tyranny are to remain in place; this in the view of the British Labour Party constitues Brexit- the UKs departure from the serfdom of the EU !!
The following is my latest missive launched DPRK style to the local newspaper.

You may recall the failed Remain campaign that lost the 2016 EU referendum. More than 200 Labour MPs were at the heart of that discredited shambles including our own unrepentant antidemocratic zealot who despises her own constituents for having voted largely for #brexit.

 

Having been beaten once, the Labour Party, again are spearheading another vain attempt to in effect overturn the result of the very referendum which they singularly have refused to accept as legitimate.

 

Despite all the arrant nonsense from Keir Starmer and Chuka Umunna and idle bombast spewed out by the Labour Party and their deluded anti-brexit allies in various trade and industrial bodies,there is one all commanding fact which they wilfully choose to ignore in the hope that the electorate can be misled.

 

Article 50 of the Treaty of Lisbon gives the leaving country two years to negotiate an exit deal and once it's set in motion it can't be stopped except that the timescale of 2 years may be extended by unanimous consent of all member states.

 

Triggering Article 50 has started the clock running down.After March 2019,the Treaties that govern membership no longer apply to the UK.

On the day those treaties become null and void our trading arrangements with the EU revert to WTO rules.

 

The UK has no need to compromise on any single facet of its objectives.

They don't have to sit around a meaningless negotiating table and be continually subjected to condescending otiose cant and vituperative slander from the EU side nor its supporters in this country.

 

Lying and cheating on brexit and debasing the democratic will of the electorate on an epic scale not seen since Goebbels in 1930s Germany does nothing to enhance Labour's tawdry reputation. 200 of their MPs need to take urgent note or face the consequences.

One year on from #EURef and the same Metropolitan Elitists who were implacably opposed to the verdict of the Electorate then, remain so now.For them,the 23 June 2016 Referendum was only supposed to have been a superficial exercise in the obedient compliance of the electorate to the will of the Metropolitan / Globalist Elites. Fronted by the archetypal shill, Gina Miller, the same Elites having lost the vote count,attempted via Legal action to effectively impede the triggering of Article 50 by the Prime Minister's constitutional use of the Royal Prerogative.In spite of all the Elites' legalistic shamanism and invalidating the use of Royal Prerogative,in the end Parliament approved the triggering of Article 50 which  formally commenced the negotiations process countdown to actual #brexit two years hence. Any sane and rational person might've concluded that at last the matter of whether or not the UK was going to leave the EU and reclaim its historic destiny as a sovereign nation  state once more,had de facto been settled. Not by a long chalk as it turns out.The Metropolitan elites are far from done with their campaign of EU backed sedition. Spearheaded by the 200+ MPS of #LabourIn ,the hydra headed Remain camp were meticulous in their choice and use of language in the wake of what was for them the disaster of June 23 2016. They never ever admitted defeat let alone that they'd cease and desist from campaigning to overturn the #EURef verdict. The grotesque menagerie of recidivist pro-EU parliamentary benchwarmers, miscellaneous academic experts and neoliberal shills has given vent to lies beyond the impudence of Goebbels in respect of such matters as the status of EU citizens in the UK.  History seems to be on the blink....

And because it failed most noticeably in the staunchest of Labour held constituencies, Labour MPs,Umunna amongst them, set about slandering and defaming those who voted for #Brexit as stupid,ill educated,backward,insular, racists and xenophobes. Quite a significant tranche of non-parliamentary leftist groups repeated those lies and slanders. The established parties - SNP.Sinn Fein ,LibDems and Greens goose-stepped along to Labour's views,organising demonstrations and rallies at which their party reps spoke solely to incite sedition amongst their adherents calling for the reversal/annulement of the EU Referendum result.

June 9 will see #brexit continue and Labour smashed to smithereens .The Union will not be shaken. Those are my predictions!!

Let me make it crystal clear; I hate, loathe and despise every organisation, group,Party and every individual therein that opposes #brexit and campaigned for the UK to remain a satrapy of the EU. I utterly condemn and hold to be anathema the globalist,PC multicultural metropolitan elites who act as antidemocratic,seditionist #EU shills.  The House of Commons came to its ineluctable constitutional senses last night, February 8. After all their repugnant demagoguery and brazen attempts at incitement of their adherents to instigate tumult and riot against HMG, the seditionist detritus has finally been thrown onto the dungheap of history. Ignominy and hubris characterised their inflammatory rhetoric against the sovereign British electorate.The scum of #LabourIn spared nothing by the way of vituperative hyperbole in demonising the people for having chosen to Leave the EU. The  " final " hurdle, more of a chimera than anything truly substantive, is the House of Lords who unless they wish to replay the genuinely constitutional imbroglio that engulfed British politics from 1909 to 11, had best just concur and be circumspect about it. As for Rights, they are solely for indigenous citizens and anyone who wishes to naturalise and conform.Everyone else is, of course free to leave at their earliest convenience.

In Astana,Kazakhstan Syrian  peace talks brokered by Moscow,Tehran and Ankara are under way. Not that the MSM ( MainStream Media ) here in the West seems too fussed about it. Nor do the dregs of  US neocon interventionism have much to say on the topic of Syria these days. The remnants of the british Labour Party -both Parliamentary and grassroots extra-parliamentary have decided to ease back on their vainglorious,hubristic posturing and issuing of implausibly dire warnings to Moscow on the subject. At least for now,the odd frisson of faux-anxiety about 3 Russian warships traversing international waters adjacent Britain not withstanding. And so it goes. There's still plenty of turmoil,scandals,strikes,sedition,corruption,terrorism and nascent bellicosity to go around all the continents.And yet the best that the aforementioned Labour Party can manage is to be the harbinger of antidemocratic sedition against the ineluctable verdict of the 23 June referendum. The monumentally idiosyncratic Supreme Court,having handed down an 8 to 3 majority decision forcing HMG to refer to Parliament before triggering Article 50,has in effect handed a box of matches to a two year old child sat next to a can of petrol. This all but ensures the Remainer Zombie apocalypse will engulf #brexit .The itinerant benchwarmers leading this horrorshow are the same ones waving their scrawny fists at Moscow and cosying  up even more intimately to the anti-russian sanctions imposing #EU. This will not end well.

I launched this missive earlier today posting it to the Wakefield Express.It concerns the local Labour MP, Mary Creagh one of the 200 seditionist #LabourIn MPs,who is particularly woefully out of touch with her constituents,and a 2015 failed Labour leadership contender who couldn't get enough endorsements to get on the ballot,unlike J.Corbyn who eventually did.

It comes after the Sunday Mirror revealed he had paid for sex with escorts in a flat he owns near his family home in London.

As chairman of the powerful Commons panel, Mr Vaz has publicly said he was “not convinced” that men who pay for sex should face prosecution.

But within weeks of a report from his committee, he himself paid money to escorts in a flat he owns near his family home in Edgware, North West London..

Clearly there is nothing further to be gained by expressing displeasure at the wantonly hubristic behaviour of the benchwarming rabble whose only response is to continually thumb their snouts up at the rest of us.
