Who would have imagined that life would get quite as interesting as it has done? We are most definitely living in the most interesting of times. The actual,ineluctable breaking apart and historic dissolution of the former Left and Right.Old political classifications, that stymied and stifled open and honest debates around pressing issues of general and immediate importance,are now faltering and becoming increasingly shrill and dysfunctional. The western neocon warmongers are running around like headless chickens much in the same way that the entrenched PC metropolitan liberal elites are.Their shills no longer quite know which slogans to append to which placards for which protest/demonstration on any give day in the week; there's just so many of them. In the UK and US,at the present time,the majority of this co-ordinated barely disguised and very rarely refuted insurgent,seditionist rabble rousing is directed at #stoptrump and stopping #brexit. Neither of which are actually going to be stopped.Impeded,yes certainly given the sheer volume and concerted effort being put into these twin objectives. The rest of the World,the BRICS for example, are trying as best they can to carry on with life on this planet as usual. Neither the US nor the EU are the centre of gravity in world events any longer and in truth haven't been to any significant degree for a while now. A new era of self-assertive Nation States and the reinvigoration of sovereignty as a active political force is dawning and shall not be delayed.

Americans, never proficient in the arts and mysteries of irony, lack the critical faculties needed in order to fully appreciate the ravening insanity that they've descended into. A scenario not entirely dissimilar to the one currently embroiling the polity of the United Kingdom in the wake of the victorious #brexit campaign that culminated in the epoch making EU referendum result of 23 June 2016. Strikingly similar globalist, PC multicultural apologist, metropolitan elitists with their placard-waving antidemocratic seditionist rants and forays into the more arcane realms of legalistic formulae and mystical incantations about " freedom of movement " abound on both sides of the Atlantic. Unrestricted labour market competition is represented in official language or newspeak as some wholly specious immaterial notion which they call" equality ". Its most immediate expression is embodied in the EU's " freedom of movement ". This is in practice a neoliberal mechanism that perpetuates the necessary conditions for the existence of a " reserve army of labour " which is a fundamental requirement in order for capitalism to maintain its own existence. There is no intrinsic mystery about the basic laws of capitalist economics.The greater the number of available units of labour ( workers ) you have competing for a finite and decreasing number of job vacancies,the lower the general level of wages needs to be in order to attract applicants.Supply and demand. Helping to naturalise this state of affairs is an ongoing ideological process initiated and conducted by metropolitan academic elites through the various apparatuses of the state which by turn is itself wholly committed to the goals of the hegemonic project of the global corporate ruling elites. And so we come to the political / industrial dispute in which the EHRC is currently embroiled.

The impending sense of nausea he induces when evading the issue is all too palpable. It is also all too indicative of the 200 #LabourIn MPs' tawdry metropolitan PC ideology. For some reason, this antidemocratic, seditionist, parliamentary rabble and quite a large swathe of otherwise serious and rational people on the British " Left " think and behave and speak as if the ineluctable Laws of the Capitalist means of production,distribution and exchange , i.e. the totality of the Capitalist economic system has ceased to operate. Despite their voluble and disingenuous abusive harangues to the contrary, they e.g  most of Labour most of the time and most of the other " left " most of the time categorically deny the following.:- The basis of the laws of supply and demand are that the less you have of something,the higher the price of it inexorably is.The more you have of something the lower the price of that becomes.  Seriously,the operation of the capitalist system is really simple, that's why it works. 100 tons of potatoes might fetch a sum of say £1per ton; if only 1 ton of spuds became available, the price would rocket. An increase in the availability of labour in what is " a labour market " will overall lower the price of labour.A shoratge of labour would increase the price. Adam smith expounded on this Marx certainly knew that this is how our world operates. But not according to Corbyn or Slogans With Placards or any other amongst the dreck of failed PC multiculturalist neophytes who show off their faux-revolutionary,anticapitalist politics at Uni. Sad.  Unrestricted labour market competition is called freedom of movement. Utterly ghastly. Companies ought to publish data on the numbers of non-British workers in their employ.There was,headlined  in the relentless  24/7 media  environment a report of compulsion,which added a certain frisson to the original idea as floated. The egotistical rabble of Metropolitan domiciled,hard core eurozealots went into their customary righteous meltdown over a subject and an issue they have no real life,lived experience of nor even some remote understanding and empathy with. At present the previous non-announcement has been clarified; Companies won't have to make available any data on the composition of nationalities on their books. There, happy? well the antidemocratic,Seditionists of the eurozealot,anti-British, Remain campaign are not in business to seek contentment - all they want is to maintain unrestricted competition in the national labour market and to perpetuate falling wage levels and the marginalisation of British workers. Nominally UK based Job Agencies and their booming Zero Hours contracts goldrush can only become ever more rapaciously profitable if there is an endless supply of migrant labour as at present. There are of course, an infinite number of possibilities in any set of negotiations but usually the protagonists tend to stick to what they see as a handful of manageable options. A grasp of these rudimentary principles seem to be eluding our government as they near the time for invoking Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty and so begin the  process of " Brexit "from the EU. Apart from the disillusioned euro-fanatics of the defeated Remain campaign, the consensus is that we want to maximise the advantages and benefits for the UK predicated on what are basic objectives - reasserting our sovereign control of our borders which entails ending the EU imposed diktat of free movement of labour. 

it does not bode well that,even before substantive talks begin, our future negotiating position is compromised by specious and ill formed public concessions to the defeatist agenda of the likes of LabourIn,most of whose 200 MPs are wildly out of step with their own constituents. Brexit need not be a long complicated process,nor does it have to be dragged out over the prescribed two years. It is axiomatic that in any given negotiation the side that is most determined wins. 

Rather than capitulate before  a card is dealt, let's declare a moratorium on  the moribund and no longer fit for purpose freedom of movement for labour. I did originally think it a spoof. Some sort of meta-modernist work of installation art.But I guess on reflection, Black Lives Matter were being serious. They staged a sit-down protest on the runway at London City Airport.The following gleaned from The Sun online :-

The shocking murder of a british member of parliament in broad daylight in the high street on Thursday and the official prevailing  ideological response to that event are a sobering reminder as to how precarious freedom of speech and freedom of conscience truly are. All  forms of campaigning activity in the EU Referendum were declared suspended with immediate effect. The aforementioned democratic political process is in purdah until Saturday. There quite plainly is an insidious set of bourgeois/patrician norms and pseudo-values being forcibly reimposed as diktats to be obeyed without question, and instantaneously adhered to without dissent.This is not freedom, this is not liberty, this is not democracy. I fail to see let alone comprehend how this reaction to an assassination differentiates us totalitarianism.

P.S. On Friday the morning news reported on the death a worker at a potash mine in northern england. where is their vigil? where is the suspension until a full investigation is carried out of the operation of that mine?
