The metropolitan ruling elites' Remain campaign has still another twelve months to inflict further damage to what is already a hideously disfigured,beleaguered,battered and bruised Brexit. Remoaner seditionist EU shills have out-thought and out fought the always far from cohesive forces favouring the UK leaving the EU.
The ineluctable proof of this can be found in the wording of the terms and conditions of what is commonly referred to as the  " Transition Deal " in effect an extension to our EU membership for a further punitive 21 months after the expiry of the mandatory Article 50 exit,which keeps the UK incarcerated until December 2020 only after which time the UK will be deemed to have actually left the EU.
The smoke and mirrors coup-de-main of the UK domiciled seditionist Remoaners aka the government in cahoots with all the other parties, in practice extended the mandatory period of notice required under Article 50 without the self-defeating farce of having to consult all 27 constituent EU member states' parliaments and the EU "Parliament" and all having to unanimously approve the extension to the Article 50 withdrawal period. Tacking a wholly spurious and superfluous transition period onto the negotiations post- Article 50 gives the grand betrayal a far more elegant and acceptable superficial appearance- though betrayal it remains..
The re-emergence of Tony Blair into the the mainstream of what is now a largely empty and meaningless continuation of a threadbare public debate around the theme of brexit,is at best a hideously conceited distraction from the genuinely treasonable machinations of the benchwarming fraternity in westminster.
The same goes for that ghastly windbag,Lord Adonis whose innate ability to appear irrelevant and yet somehow superficially important to any debate is a remarkable quality.
For example his pet project, the #StopBrexit campaign, had organised several regional marches across Britain over the last weekend.the vast wave of social media agitation created an expectation of significance surrounding these physical outpourings of anti - brexit hostility.The much heralded " Great Northern March " planned for Leeds was clearly hyped as terribly imporatnt. The optimistic Remoaner sentiment was hoping for a turn out of 50.000 but reasonably self-assured for around 20,000 on the day. On the day itself,the Remain organisers declared a wonderful success with 5,000 attending.
Even the public Remoaner legions are worn out by the claptrap and duplicity that their own metropolitan elitist leadership have been purveying for far too long.Ultimately,the elites don't want people on the streets in any impressively credible numbers.
The cause of choice of these people is to the elites a complete irrelevance.

There's a NHS Providers conference being held today, 8 November and it's all about the putative underfunding of the National Health Service.Well,there's something new!

The NHS Chief Executive Simon Stevens set his stall out pretty early ensuring that his tawdry,bombastic posturing was top of the agenda.And not necessarily the Conference's agenda but rather every news agenda.

"Trust in democratic politics will not be strengthened if anyone now tries to argue you voted Brexit, partly for a better funded health service, but precisely because of Brexit you now can't have one." - Sir Simon Stevens, Chief Executive of NHS England

The entire exercise in gargantuan,egotistical  virtue signalling by Stevens merits the epithet Straw man :-

Amid all the fabricated chaos,convulsions and confusion engendered by the seditionist agitators of the – 48%, Remain ,Stronger in Europe,Open Britain,Campaign or whatever else they choose to call themselves on any given day, there is one over-arching certainty; the general atmosphere of vituperative public discourse is highly unlikely to dissipate the nearer we get to actual #brexit in March 2019.

That said, we glean from the BBC news site :-

” Writing in the Sunday Telegraph, Mr Hammond and Mr Fox said the UK definitely would leave both the customs union and the single market when it exits the EU in March 2019.

They said a “time-limited” transition period would “further our national interest and give business greater certainty” – but warned it would not stop Brexit.  ”

It is heartening indeed that the Chancellor and the International Trade Secretary have found so much common ground. It bears an uncanny resemblance to those very same basic tenets of the Leave campaign in the EU Referendum in 2016.

Of course this is Britain,so even the theoretical notion that something will actually ever get done by those in power in accordance with the Will of the people as expressed for instance, in a referendum that all parties agree beforehand the result of which will in effect be binding is far more problematic.

We can all plainly see that from the present on going,seemingly interminable imbroglio.

But two prominent members of HMG’s Cabinet espousing the same line? You can never tell.

Hell, the Reformation got carried out for the most part,and the Civil War a century or so later pretty much succeeded also.So leaving the EU aka brexit may actually eventuate.

The Social Europe site published an opinion by Simon Wren-Lewis on  the current state of the UK's brexit negotiations with the EU. In general, SWL's article was a broadly social-democratic critique of what he regards as the Left's case- " Lexit "- for leaving the EU.
So far so good,after all just like every vote cast in the EU referendum was of equal value, so too, were we to extend the argument ,ought not one man's opinion be of equal validity to everyone else's opinion on any given issue? In practice,of course this is never the case, to believe that it could be is the height of naivety.
You see, the  Simon Wren-Lewis article had as a footnote his official moniker  " Professor of Economics at Oxford University ". Of all the varied demographic groupings it was the AB social class alone amongst all of them that had a majority vote Remain in the EU referendum. And  Remain metropolitan elitists being the seditionist nest of vipers that they invariably are, it doesn't stop at the opinion,learned or otherwise of just one professor.
Today's MSM has been assailed with the announcement of a list of demands delivered to our doltish Prime Minister by no less an august grouping than that representing the UK's leading 10 universities. Their particular strategic line of assault against Brexit is centred on the supposed infringement of the copious Rights enjoyed by EU citizens sojourning in the UK who also happen to be working at universities.
And so it goes. The metastasizing Remain insurgency asserts that every conceivable sector of the economy in one shape or form or another is under dire immediate existential threat because of the looming brexit. Whether or not it even actually eventuates or not.
As for the democratic will of the UK's sovereign electorate as expressed in a binding referendum agreed as such by parliament itself; that clearly counts for less than nothing.And in any event the 52% were misled,didn't understand the question or did and perversely voted Leave because they are racist,insular cretins.

History can be a pretty unpleasant and unforgiving phenomenon, especially if you happen to be caught up right in the middle of one of its more visceral convulsions. But that is History. It is futile to pretend that some ethereal dispassionate calm and reason ever altered let alone effectively influenced anything or any worthwhile course of action in the pursuit of some destiny or other. Losers do not get to write the definitive version, the history if you will, of whatever they've just been part of losing. Were it otherwise, imagine the interminable anarchy of parliamentary elections if after each one in turn the losing parties refused steadfastly to accept the outcome and thence ceaselessly campaign to overturn not only the very result they'd previously agreed to accept,but then mount agitation to re-run the election they'd just been beaten in. #UniteForEurope aka #MarchForEurope the  self-styled delusional Popular Fronts-manque, of the metastising seditionist,metropolitan elitist led Remain campaign are engaged in political nihilism unprecedented in modern British History.
